The story of Shifter is largely unknown. His age and purpose are a complete mystery. The only knowledge they have of this mysterious character is that of his abilities. Shifter seems to literally control the very strands of reality it self. As a result, his power causes the outline of his very form to shift, blur and waver. This distortion makes him nearly impossible to hit and, even more so, detect. Though, this power is not limited to just Shifter. He seems to be able to manipulate other objects and beings in a similar manner. And though his powers haven’t fully evolved, he could easily go toe-to-toe with any vile monster that threatens the city of Parodiopolis...
