About the only ones who would be qualified at all to deliver a baby would be Cheryl (since she's the closest to 'normal' in the Parodyverse :), or myself, with a midwife's hat or a doctor's cap. I was thinking of this big-production all our battle as Moo attempts to take the baby for experimentation purposes or something, the LL and friends rally to stop her, and Lisa and some really close friends share the birthing experience. This all goes back to Lisa's six retconned children of old, of whom Christopher has inherited all their individual powers. Pietro might have been one of the fathers back then as well.
